This page explains who is behind this site, what data it collects — none — and what exactly is on offer. It's written to be understood on first reading, not to cover our backs.

This site doesn't track you
Not one cookie. Not one line of analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, nothing that records who you are or where you go. There are no forms and no sign-up, so there's no data to store. That's also why you won't see the usual cookie banner: we don't need one.
The only thing that leaves your browser
Remembering which language you're reading in — and even that doesn't leave: it stays on your own device. Videos and images are served from this same server, not from third-party platforms that could follow you around.
What Tarot Dorado is
A tarot and astronomy app. It is entertainment: it doesn't predict the future and doesn't replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. The app says so itself, and even confesses the trick behind its mentalism game. If you're going through a hard time, talk to a professional or to someone you trust.
Age
Intended for ages 16 and up. If you're younger, ask whoever looks after you before paying for anything.
What it costs
This website charges nothing: payments happen inside the app, at tarotdorado.app. The app can be used in full without paying. Optional are Premium (€5.99 a month) and Premium Gold (€15.00 a month), single decks at €2.99 one-off, and Star top-ups of €1.99, €4.99 and €9.99, also one-off. Prices in euros, taxes included. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe: card details never pass through us and are never stored.
Subscriptions renew on their own
Premium and Premium Gold run indefinitely and renew automatically every month for the same amount until cancelled. Both start with a 7-day trial: if it isn't cancelled within that window, the first month is charged the next day. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving.
How to cancel
From inside the app, on the Plans screen, at any time and without giving reasons. No need to write to anyone or wait for a reply. After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and nothing is charged again. Anything bought separately — decks and Stars — is not lost: it was paid once and it stays.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Anyone who subscribes has fourteen calendar days to withdraw without justification, by writing to hola@tarotdorado.app. Note the legal exception, worth knowing: for digital content the right lapses if immediate execution was expressly accepted in the knowledge that it would be lost (art. 103.m of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act). If a charge is duplicated or wrong, it is refunded in full by writing to that same address: we reply within seventy-two hours at most and the refund goes back through the same payment method.

The text, illustrations, videos and code on this site are our own. You're welcome to quote and link to them — there's a creator kit made for exactly that — but not to pass them off as someone else's.
